(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 11. ,Some unsavoury disclosures were made at a 'meeting; of the Parnell. Borough Council as the result of which it was decided, on the recommendation of the Health Officer, that some buildings be destroyed in twenty-five hours, and' others demolished unless alterations are made within- 30 days. It was stated that conditions • found on premises conducted as a fish and oyster business were filthy beyond description, while a hovel in which seven or eight Chinamen live reeked with pungent odors, while vegetables were washed in a creek contaminated by sewage. \ ' V
