Mr. Knox again occupied the whole day’s sitting in the Vend case. His Honor interjected that considerable evidence was called by Mr. Lane, representing Messrs Scott, Fell and C 0.,. disclosing discreditable transactions. Mr. Knox contended that there was no evidence to show that the shipping companies had charged excessive prices.
