WORKMAN’S FEARFUL INJURIES
[PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION.! WANGANUI, July 17. A man named Alexander Fargie died in the hospital this morning, as the result of injuries sustained at Easttovn railway workshops on Saturday. Fargie was caught in the belting, liis chest was severely crushed against a wheel, his lung punctured, and his heart injured. Deceased leaves a wife and seven children. DROWNED ON CORONATION DAY'. WELLINGTON, July 17. The inquest on the body of Hepple, drowned on Coronation Day in the harbor, was concluded this-morning, a verdict of death from aejdental drowning being returned.. * .
