EIGHT PERSONS KILLED. FOUR OTHERS SUCCUMB TO INJURIES. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. BERLIN, July 17. The Basle to Berlin express was derailed at Mulheim. Eight persons Avere killed, and 20 badly injured.. Four more persons have died as the result of the Mulheim railway disaster.
