WOMAN IN POSSESSION OF PLANS EMPLOYED BY MILITARY AUTHORITIES. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] ST.- PETERSBURG, July 17. The daughter of a Russian engineer named Trombecka has been arrested at Puzemse, Australian Poland, with plans of fortresses and routes. She confessed that she was a spy in the employ of the military authorities.
