A “NEW ZEALAND” CONCERT

[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, July 19.

At the New Zealand concert at the Festival of Empire, the following: took part: Misses Audrey Richardson, violinist; Mabel Munson, Irene Ainsley, and Madame Zola, vocalists. Rangiuia (formerly of Gisborne), in Maori costume, sang a. mother song, a war chant, and' a lament. Sir F. Cowen’s orchestra played Mr Alfred Hill’s Maori symphony. Messrs Trowell brothers gave a violincello concerto.
