PROGRESSING SATISFACTORILY. SYMPATHY FROM NEW ZEALAND [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT. LONDON, July 19. Sir George and Miss Reid are making satisfactory progress. (.PEE PEESS ASSOCIATIONS WELLINGTON, July 20. On Tuesday Sir Janies Carroll cabled to Sir George Reid the sympathy of himself and colleagues, and yesterday he received a reply, in which Sir George says: “Most grateful for your inquiries, expressing sympathy with my daughter and myself. We are progressing favorably. My son is only slightly injured.”
