OUTRAGES IN NEW YORK. [UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION —COPYBIGHT. NEW YORK, July 23. Three armed desperadoes invaded the Tenderloin quarter, smashed a jeweller’s window, shot a clerk dead, seized diamonds worth £IOOO, and escaped in taxicabs. Scores of people witnessed the outrage, and pursued the robbers.
