PASSACE OF RECIPROCITY BILL. WHAT MAY BE EXPECTED. [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] WASHINGTON, July 23. A message expressing delight with the passage of the Reciprocity Bill says that it indicates a- mutual benefit to the relations of Canada and the United States. Congress is expected to adjourn until the middle of August. It is stated in railroad circles at St. Paul’s that numerous lines already built to the frontier will cross into Canada when reciprocity is effected.
