The officers of the Ministries of War and Finance escaped, but. the general staff buildings are burned. A burning beam fell on Skevet Pasha. Twelve alleged political incendiaries have been arrfested. The fire is still burning furiously, and the fire pumps are powerless to cope with the spread to the wooden houses owing to the narrow streets.
