A TOTAL LOSS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.J STRATFORD, July 25. The Whangamomoana Hotel, owned by R. Campbell, the licensee being F. Calagher, was totally destroyed by fire at 2.30 1 this morning. There are i;o particulars to hand. Later. —The Whangamomona Hotel was insured for £IOOO in the Phoenix office, and for £soo' in the Commercial Union office. The insurances on the stock and furniture are in the Royal Exchange, but the amounts are rot known.
