THE RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT.
A CHALLENGE ISSUED. STATEMENT BY CANADIAN MINISTER. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT.) OTTAWA, July 26. Mr. Fielding, Minister of Finance, in a statement, challenges the Conservatives to allow' the reciprocity agreement to pass and to wait for the elections of 1912. Then, if the Government is defeated, reciprocity can he abolished. A Conservative caucus decided to continue to obstruct the Bill in Parliament.
