A MUNICIPAL MATTER. [TO THE EDITOR.] Sir, —We are informed that our town is to make rapid strides in the line of progress, and if this is so it is without any question of doubt absolutely essential to . re-model the whole business department of our municipality. (Should there be any changes, may I suggest that the positions sihould 1 be advertised in the press, so that men with the best qualifications should have an opportunity of filling them. —I am, etc., “WOTSISNAME.”
