ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A MYSTERY SOLVED. IPEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. T WAKAPUAKA, August 16. The body of a young man, Walter Hartcher, missing since the 19th July, was found on a beach yesterday. Deceased, with his sister, kept a stationery shop and registry office, and prior to his disappearance had complained of headaches.
