ALARMING' INCREASE IN TURKEY [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.] CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 15. The cholera, epidemic is increasing alarmingly. There have been 114 cases and 64 deaths in the, last twenty-four hours, chiefly in the Jewish quarter, which is crowded with refugees from the Belata; fire.
