GERMANY’S ORIGINAL DEMAND. IMPRESSION IN FRANCE. GERMAN AGENTS CAPTURED IN MOROCCO. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] (Received August 18, 12.30 a.m.) PARIS, August 17. Information from various sources creates the impression that Germany has renewed her original demand in regard to Morocco. A Mogador telegram states that the Havena tribe has captured two agents employed by the German firm of Mannessman, but their fate is unknown.
