INVERCARGILL “KEG PARTIES. ,r rPER PRESS ASSOCIATION..! INVERCARGILL, August 24. Since the inception of no-license in Invercargill “keg parties” in the numerous reserves about the town have been a trial to the police and an annoyance to a certain section of the public. Several prosecutions have failed, and it has been rather difficult to discover how to deal with the matter. To-ntyht the Borough Council passed a by-law prohibiting the bringing mto or consumption in any municipal reserve without the authority of rhe council.
