The Union Co/s Hauroto was .timed to leave Napier for Gisborne about 8.30 o'clock last evening, in which case she should arrive here early this morning. The Tuatea connects at 6 a.m. • and 10 a.m., and the Hauroto should get away for Auckland about noon. The bookings are as follows: —For Sydney: Rev. W. and Mrs. 'Lamb and 4 children. For Auckland: Mr. and Mrs. Matthews, Mrs. Ling, Messrs. Archer, Maxwell, Dallen, Culpan, O'Meara and Horne. The Union Co.'s Monowai is due to clear Auckland for Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne to-day, and is expected to arrive here to-morrow afternoon. She will be tendered on arrival and at 5 p.m., and leaves later for Napier and the South. The following are the bookings: —Misses Harrop, Kennedy, Williams and Norman, Mesdames Gray and M. B. Oman, Mesrs. Gilman, Kettle, Gray, McLean, H. Gray, Cole, Burnand, Hansen, G. M. King, Burd, T. L. Symes. Messrs. Richardson and Co.'s Ripple, from Napier and Wellington, arrived yesterday morning. She brought a general cargo, and, having discharged this, sailed for Wellington in the afternoon. Messrs. Richardson and Co.'s Koutunui arrived at a very early hour yesterday morning from Auckland via East Coast bays. She proceeded to Tologa Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Auckland later.
