THE COMING CONTESTS. Signs are not wanting that the coming contests for the vacancies on tho Borough Council will bo keenly fought. The Labor Party, according to its expressed determination, has resolved to be represented, and on Saturday night Messrs D. W. Coleman and A. H. Anderson were appointed to do battle on behalf of the workers. As already announced, Messrs J. W. Bright and J. Sheridan will be candidates, and rumor has it that Messrs M . F. Cedcrwall, I. S. Simson, J. Nisbett and J. B. Leydon will also bo requested to accede to nomination.
