[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] SYDNEY, Sept. 7. Information has been received from Nukualofa that the Ivnight of St. George is a complete wreck.

[HER PRESS ASSOCIATION..! AUCKLAND, Sept, 7. The Atua, from the Islands, brings additional particulars of the stranding cf the. steamer Kniglit of St. George on a reef at Tonga. She was making for the western entrance at- the rate of about seven 'knots, the night being pitch dark. Shs 'went can a reef a mile and a half from Nukualofa. The crew jettisoned 250,000 logs. An attempt made to steam off the reef was umsuc cpssful. When the Atua left about 1.30 o’clock the cargo was all out. With fair weather it was expected to salve practically everything.

(Received Sept. S, 12.35 a.m.) SANTIAGO, Sept. 7. It is now estimated that thirty were drowned as the result of the wreck of the Tucapel.
