MFBS O’SHAUGHNESSY REFUSED BAIL. OTHER ACCUSED ALLOWED OUT. 1 PEE PEESS ASSOCIATION.! AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. This morning Mr. Justice Chapman ordered that the trial in the charge of murder aginst Mrs O’Shaughnessy take place next session. He refused an application for bail. . _ Charges against Jas. 0 Shaughnessy, Charlotte Campbell and Mary Hassell with being accessories after the fact wore also- adjourned till next session, bail being allowed.
