Burnard), defendant; claim, for £497 10s 6d for loss and damage through alleged wrongful act of defendant, in connection with a contract lot by him to plaintiffs to cut certain timbers when at the time (it is alleged) he had no right to let such contract and plaintiffs were stopped from carrying out the said contract.
