WELLINGTON, Sept. 20. A deputation, consisting of Messrs Ambrose Millar and W. E. Hackett, was introduced to the Premier this morning by'Messrs Myers and Glover, and placed before Sir Joseph Ward the unsatisfactory state of affairs existing at Tonga through the action of the British agent, and Consul. Sir Joseph Ward recommended the deputation to put their statements in writing, when he would see that proper representations were made to the Imperial authorities. . : ■
