The Milk is obtained from Registered Dairies, containing some of the best grade Jersey herds in the district. The use of this is being made oompul sory in all modem institutions for the care of Children and Invalids. Infant mortality has thereby been enormously reduced, and its use is rapidly becoming universal. Pasteurisation frees the milk from the micro-organisms of such diseases as consumption, lupus, abdominal tubercu losas, and others, so often communicated through, impure milk. Stored in a cool place, Pasteurised' Milk will keep sweet for 1 THREE DAYS. The special attention of Private Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Families is drawn to this advertisement. Milk will be delivered as early as required. Full particulars obtainable from Mr. NEWITT, Factory Manager; ore the undersigned— ANDREW GRAHAM, Secretary.
