CONVICTS AT THE PLAY.
EXPERIMENTS IN AMERICA. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.} (Received Sept. 24, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 23. Fifty convicts from the State prison at Denver (Colorado) including several life sentence men, attended a dramatic performance at the theatre under a strong guard,, The play dealt with a convict’s life in prison, with a high moral outcome. The prison warden hopes that the lesson will he taken to heart.
