Further, wreckage from the barque Laura has been found at Lord Howe Island, consisting of the portion of a wheel box, winch bears the name “Laura”, also “Gladova,” the vessel’s former name. THE AVRECKED ROSED ALE. (Received Sept. 26, 12.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 25. Additional wreckage from the Rosedale has been found. THE STRANDED BARQUENTINES. LFER PRESS ASSOCIATION.! WANGANUI, Sept. 25. The stranded barquentine Carla, which was blown ashore a week ago, was sold by auction to-day, and was bought by Ha-trick and Co. for £290. The general opinion is that she will be refloated. The schooner Pelotas, which lies on the same beach, and was sold for about £SO, is also likely to be refloated. After being embedded in sand for about three months she was afloat this morning, the purchasers having pumped the water out of the holds.
