REVOLT IN ALBANIA.
A MOHAMMEDAN RISING. [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION- -COPYRIGHT'.! (Received Sept. 27, 11.40 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Sept. 27. The Mohammedan Albanians have revolted in the Rozaj district, killing the Kamaikan and capturing the garrison. The revolt is spreading, its object being to secure for the Mohammedans the same concessions as granted to the Malissori.
