CO-OPERATION' WITH NEW ZEALAND. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Sept. 29, 12.50 a.m.) ' AIELBOURNE, Sept, 28. The Federal Government has agreed to' the suggestion made by the New Zealand Government that military officers should be exchanged, but in view of the difficulties confronting the Defence Department in connection with the introduction of the new defence system, lias suggested that the exchange should not commence until the end. of 1912.
