[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] LONDON. Oct. 3. Eighteen persons aboard the steamer Hatfield were drowned when the vessel sank, after being struck by the disabled steamer. Glasgow, which had gone to render assistance. The captain of the Glasgow states that the Glasgow was lifted by a huge wave, and crashed upon the heavily-laden Hatfield, which sank in seven minutes. LONDON, Oct. 3.
