SUMMARY AND FORECAST. IPEB PEESB ASSOCIA.TION.J WELLINGTON, Oct. 4. The Meteorological Office to-night issued the following weather summary and forecast: Moderate northerly and. westerly winds luave predominated, with mild and fair weather generally. There has been little movement of the barometer. Present indications are for mild and hazy conditions generally, but cloudy and unsettled' at times in many parts of the country. Moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds will probably prevail, and a slowly falling barometer.
