SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 5. The Meteorological Office to-night issued the following weather summary and forecat-: The weather has been unsettled in the extreme north, but mild and fine weather has prevailed with variable winds. Present indications are for fair weather generally, but unsettled and hazy, at times, especially in the northern and southernmost districts. Moderate to strong easterly winds northwards of East Cape, and Ivawliia, and westerly wind in Foveaux Strait, but variable, chiefly land and sea breezes, elsewhere. The barometer shows little movement. i
