GENERAL RATE of Five Farthings in the £1 on the ratable value of all ratable property, in the Ridings of Gisborne, Arai, Waimata, Pouawa, Tologa, Pakarae, Hangaroa, and Patutahi, and at the same time make and levy a GENERAL RATE of Thirteen-Six-teenths of a Penny in the £1 on the ratable value of all ratable property in the Whataupoko Riding., to be due and payable in one sum on the 24th day of OCTOBER, 1911. These Rates are for the period commencing on the Ist April, 1911, and ending on the 31« t March, 1912. A sum of One Farthing in the £1 is to be applied to the payment of Charitable Aid and Management Expenses, and the balance is to be expended in the Ridings in which tho Rate is levied.
