CRICKET.
TE ARM CRICKET CLUB. The annual meeting of the Te Arai Cricket Club was held in the schoolroom at Manutuke on Monday evening, Mr. E. Roberts presiding over a good attendance of members. The following office-bearers were elected :—President, Mr. E. Roberts ; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. Preston, C. Gibson, T. R. Lees, T. Ward, T. Preston, M. Keady, J. Daulton, J. Sisterson, C. Cullen, C. Tickner, H. Craill, R. Witters, F. Fa ram, T. Mulcaster, A. Willson, W. Peryer; captain, J. Gib-
son; vice-captain, J. Scholium; secretary and treasurer, G. Dillon; assistant secretary, H, Gibson; committee, T. Gibson, F. Macdonald, J. Daulton, W. Sherwood, H. Gibson, C. Cullen, A. ill son; delegate to P.B. Cricket Association, L. Manning. It was decided to apply for permission to play on the Te Arai Domain, and hold the opening match as soon as a. suitable wicket has been prepared.
