SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 11. The winds have changed to north and east ancl 1 freshening _ everywhere, with decreasing barometric pressure. The weather lias been warm, with increasing cloudiness. Present indications are for the development of a westerly storm centre area; high northerly winds veering to westerly; cloudy and unsettled weather prevailing and rain probable in most parts of the country. The' barometer will probably fall everywhere.
