EAST COAST RABBIT DISTRICT. STOCKOWNERS’ LIST. I HEREBY give notice: that the Stockowners’ List for the East Coast Rabhit District is deposited at the Magistrate’s Court, at Gisborne, where it may bo inspected without fee during such hours as the Court is open For public business; and I give further notice that Mr. W. A. Barton, Stipendiary Magistrate, will sit at the Magistrate’s Court, at Gisborne, on FRIDAY, the 20th day of October, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to finally revise the said list and hear and determine any objections thereto. IN pursuance' of “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” I, William J. Hennessy, Returning Officer for the East Coast Rabbit District, do hereby give notice that am Election! wild be held for the return of FIVE persons, being duly registered Electors, within the said district, as a Rabbit Board for the said district and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be before Noon on THURSDAY, the TWENTY-SIXTH day of OCTOBER, 1911, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken at the several Polling-places of the said district on MONDAY, the 6th day of November, 1911.. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must he nominated by not less than Two Electors of the district, by a nomination paper, as provided by Section 8 of “The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908,” delivered to the Returning Officer before Noon on the 26th day of October, 1911.
