Tramp, scow. The Union Co’s Monowai left Napier for Gisborne last evening, and should arrive here this morning. The launch is timed to connect at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. and the Monowai resumes her passage to Auckland via Tokomaru Bay about noon. The bookings are as follow: — Misses Cooper, G. Barker and Haisman, Mrs. Campbell and child. Mr and Mrs Coster and three children, Bishop Cleary. Messrs Cooper, Ross, Rayner and Coe. Messrs. Huddart Barker and Co.’s Wimmera is expected to be up to time in arriving here from Sydney via Auckland and Tokomaru Bay to-day. She will be tendered on arrival and at 7 p.m-, leaving for Napier a little later in the evening. The following are the bookings :—Bor Napier : Miesdames Battison, Fenwick, Thompson, Wright, C. R. Bollen, Hollow, C. Sainsbury, O. Salisbury, W. Sandtlant, Cope, Lawless, Mackie. Cathie, Mogridge, Johnstone, Williamson, Fordham, Smith, Atkins, Webb. Field, Boland. For Wellington: Messrs. C. Morse, J. J. Martin and C. Croon, ror Lyttelton: Mr. and Mrs. Nairn and child, Mrs. R. H. Stevenson. For Dunedin: Messrs. H. E. Bright and A. M. Baglett. The Union Co.’s Squall was due to arrive in Auckland on Monday, but had not arrived there late yesterday afternoon, the delay probably being due to bad weather. She is. however, expected to reach that port at any time, and will load again for Tologa Bay and Gisborne. The Union Co.’s Haupiri is now engaged in working East Coast ports to Auckland, and should arrive there early. TELEGRAPHIC. AUCKLAND, Oct. 17.
