TRAIN WRECKERS AT WORK.
(United Press Association —Copyright.) NEW YORK, Oct. 29. . An attempt was made to wreck the Stanhope express train at Colton. California. A fire was placed 1 on the line where it crossed a bridge. The train passed safety. Another attempt was made at Edward, California. A quantity of dynamite was placed/on a railway Several passenger trains passed safely, the absence of proper caps preventing an explosion.
