IN the matter of The Local Bodies’’ Loans Act, 1908, and the New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, and their amendments, and _ in. the matter of the proposal of the Waiapu County Council to borrow a sum of £SOOO for'the purpose of building a bridge over the Waiapu River at Rotokautuku for the use of the inhabitants of the County of Waiapu. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £SOOO, the proposed security for and provision 'of repayment of the loan being a special rate of fths of a penny in the £ sterling upon the annual rateable value of all rateable property within the special district as denned in the schedule of properties attached hereto. The term of the loan is for 361 years, and the rate of interest 31 per centum per annum. It is not proposed to pay out- of the loan the cost of raising the loan c-r the interest for the first year.
