ALLEGED CONTEMPT OF COURT. (United Press Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, Nov. 7. The Full Court reserved judgment in an application against the “Sydney Morning Herald” for alleged contempt of Court in connection with articles commenting on the recent Taviuni-Nera collision. (Received Nov. 7, 8.55 p.m.) The Full Court dismissed the action against the “S.M. Herald,” holding that the articles were not calculated to interfere with the administration of justice.
