Coronation, ketch Squall, s.s. Magic, aux. scow.

The auxiliary scow Magic has finished discharging her cargo of earthenware pipes, and is now loading maize for Wellington. Messrs. Huddart, Parker, and Co/s Victoria leaves Napier this evening for Gisborne, and is expected to arrive in the roadstead at an early hour to-morrow morning. The Tuatea leaves the wharf to connect at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., and the Victoria proceeds to Auckland, via Tokomaru Bay, about noon. . The Union Co/s Mokoia is due to clear Auckland to-morrow for Gisborne, via Tokomaru Bay, and arrives here on Sunday afternoon. She will be tendered on arrival and at 5 p.m., leaving for Napier later, in the evening. Messrs Richardson and Co’s Ripple arrives from southern ports this morning with a general cargo. On discharging she returns this evening to Napier. The Union Co/s Squall, which arrived here from Auckland, via Tologa Bay, yesterday, experienced moderate weather, and brought the following cargo:—Sso bags sugar, 17 sacks mi-ki, 50 cases schnapps, 50 drums linseed oil, 124 bags cement and 100 bags lime, 15 rolls and 9 bales paper, 120 cases kerosene, 90 sacks, 18 100's and 190 50's flour, 13 sacks empty bottles, 1.60 pieces timber, and 230 tons transhipments ex Ayrshire, including: 705 bundles wire, 2246 bars'and 584 bundles iron, 100 packages tin plates, 150 bundles tubes, and 28 pieces machinery. The Squall returns to Auckland to-day. Messrs. Richardson and Co.’s Koutunui finished her discharge yesterday afternoon, and after loading a small quantity of general cargo she sailed for Pakarae, where she will load wool. She returns to Gisborne this evening. The Union Co/s collier Kanna is timed to arrive here to-morrow from Newcastle, via Auckland and Tokomaru Bay. She proceeds to Napier on discharging about 500 tons of coal at this port. Arriving here from the South to-mor-row. the Union Co/s Kowhai will load cattle after discharging, and proceeds to Greymouth. The ketch Coronation arrived early yesterday morning from Whitianga, having experienced fair weather. Her cargo is comprised of 87,000 ft of timber for local merchants. The Union Co/s Haupiri is due to arrive here to-morrow from Napier and southern ports. After discharging she proceeds to the Coast to load for transhipment to the Tyser liner Nerehana, at this port. Following, on anothr" trip up the coast she goes to Napier, and then resumes her run to Auckland, v::i ■ East Coast bays.. _ ..
