DIVERSE OPINIONS IN VICTORIA
(United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received Nov. 10. 11 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 10. In the Senate the debate on the Arbitration Bill was resumed. Mr. Milieu described the Bill as practically useless, and gave no guarantee that the workers would observe an award if it was against them, Mr. Pearce replied that 71,965 persons wore working under awards, and there were practically no strikes.
