A BARQUE WRECKED.

(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received November 13, 11.10 p.m.) ADELAIDE, Nov. 13. The harbor master at Kingston reported this morning that a three-mast-ed vessel was aground half a mile from the shore, thirty miles to Hie north of Kingston. A heavy sea. and snrf was running, and a quantity of wreckage was washed ashore.
After reporting the Kingston postmaster left the office. Details, therefore, are unavailable. A lifeboat from Victor Harbor left early for the scene of the wreck, a sixtymiles journey. It is supposed the vessel is the Norwegian barque Marelit, which sailed from Victor Harbor on Friday for England with a' cargo of 23,380 bags of wheat, shipped by the Cave Company. (Received Nov. 14, 1.3 a.m.) ADELAIDE. Nov. 13. No further details have been received of the -wreck of the barque. The vessel’s identity and the fate of the crew will be unknown until the lifeboat returns.
