(United Press Association —Copyright.) NEW YORK, Nov. 13. Terrific weather is being experienced on the Great Lakes. _ Steamers are arriving at Duluth sheathed in ice. The temperature is 14 degrees below zero. All vessels are overdue.
One of the vessel’s anchors became ice-gripped, so that it ivas impossible to start. ■ . . . At Chicago, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin a tornado caused 20 deaths. Several smaller vessels on Lake Michigan were blown ashore.
