SENSATIONAL STABBING AFFRAY.
THREE MEN ATTACKED.
ALL IN DANGEROUS CONDITION
(Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, Nov. 19
. A sensational stabbing affray occurred at Frankton Junction early on Saturday evening, resulting in three men receiving wounds necessitating their being taken to the hospital. It appears a Dane named Axel Snartinge, about thirty years of age, was speaking to an elderly man named Edmond Robinson, in the roadway, and in the course of the conversation he accused the latter of taking his (Snartinge’s) money. Rebinson denied this, when suddenly Snartinge drew a pampa pocket knife, stabbing Robinson in the stomach. Other men near-by came up, and Snartinge attacked them, stabbing Emil Hansen and John Graham also in the stomach, the knife in each case perforating. Snartinge then went in the direction of Hamilton, but was -pursued and arrested -by the police. The -wounded men are all in a dangerous condition. Snartinge appears in the Court in the morning and a remand will be asked for.
