(United Press Association —Copyright.) HOBART, Nov. 22. In the Assembly, Mr. Earle, leader of the Labor party, opposed travelling allowances to the Governor being included in the estimates. He declared that a State Governor was unnecessaryThe proper link between the State and the Throne wag the Governor-General. If people wanted' pomp' and show attheir ceremonies, let them pay for them. It was a tin-pot aristocrat that wanted to kowtow to the Goieinoi. and desired him to travel to this place and that.
