-SUMMARY AND FORECAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Nov. 22. The secondary cyclone which yesterday passed through Cook Strait ceased to affect the weather to-day, and the enveloping rtesterly dilsturhaute still dominates the general conditions. Rain has fallen in many parts, and a heavy thunderstorm with hail occurred inland in the South to-day. The barometer is still very low in the southern districts, and present indications are for high westerly, winds, with a southerly tendeucy and a change may be expected soon from that quarter. Unsettled and showery and colder weather is probable generally, and a rising barometer is probable everywhere shortly.
