ARABS REPULSED. 40 KILLED AND 100 WOUNDED. (Received Nov. 27, 10.55 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 2-7. Thirteen hundred Arabs attacked the Italian trenches at Tripoli and were repulsed with 40 killed and 100 wounded. In a short attack on Dorna the Italians lost 12 killed and 4 wounded.
