The International Congress meet in London in May. Important tests aro progressing with closely woven packs, entirely paper lined. This is stated to be a considerable improvement as shown by the packing of colonial wool, but the chief desideratum is that the perfect pack is cheaper than the paper-lined one recommended by the Committee.
