PATHE PICTURES. His Majesty’s Theatre was well filled last- evening, when an entirely new programme. was screened and received with much favor- The athletic depiction, entitled “Five Graceful Girls,” quite justified all that- had been claimed of it, and the Avonderful dexterity and courage of the participants could not hut eA'oke admiration. “The Widow Visits Sprigtoivn” proved to be a- comedy of special merit, and it kept the onlookers amused for some considerable time. A comeh- widow i-isits a male cousin, and ensnares the hearts of most of his bachelor friends, much to the consternation of the maids of the town., and their plot to ivin back their SAveethearts, although ineffeetiA'e, is novel and entertaining. The programme throughout Avas uniformly good, and the scientific study, “Chemical Action,” was among the items most appreciated. To-night a partial change of programme Avill be made, the best of last night’s series being retained. Of the new' films “The Pc-et and the Princess” is said to bo one of the best, and it is of a class which is having great I’ogue Avherev'er pictures are being shown.
