FOREIGN RELATIONS.
GERMAN PRESS INSPIRATIONFALSE VERSIONS' DISSEMINATED. [UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] (Received December 17, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 16. Although newspapers arc disposed to let by-gones be by-goncs, and discuss the improvements of foreign relations, there are many protests at the Government’s concealment of facte. The “Lokal Vossiche” states that it is extremely painful to learn that the French Minister hadj to watch the German Ministers. Tlie Government ought to reveal their policy, notably respecting the proposed privileged zone in Morocco, and France’s rejection of the demand for Congo from the sea to the Bang®. ’Hie “Times” Berlin correspondent censures the persistence of the manipulation of German opinion against France, and still more against Britain by the official dissemination and version of events, which are now proved to he absolutely untrue. Tlie correspondent adds that so far as is known the system of press inspiration will continue in the future as hitherto.
